Disputing an evaluation

You have the right to dispute any evaluation. Here's how:

  1. Open the evaluation in /dashboard/agent/evaluations/[id].
  2. Click Raise Dispute.
  3. Explain in at least 50 characters why you disagree. Reference the specific criterion and your evidence.
  4. The QA team has 5 working days to respond.
  5. If you're not satisfied, your supervisor can escalate to HR.

Disputes are not held against you — they're a normal part of QA.
