Discounts on QUALICORE invoices

QUALICORE supports four automatic discount types that stack additively:

• Autopay flat-rand discount — set per company (default R40). Applies whenever autopay is active on the invoice's billing date.
• Volume discount % — kicks in at agent thresholds set by your plan (typical: 5% at 15 agents, 10% at 50, 15% at 200).
• Loyalty discount % — earned by tenure: 2% at 12 months, 4% at 24, 7% at 36.
• Retention discount % — applied when CS rescues a cancelling tenant.

The invoice header shows each line and the grand total saved. The customer always sees the breakdown — no opaque "loyalty" line item.

• Cap:* by default, total automatic discount cannot exceed 40% of subtotal. This protects against compounding errors.
