QUALICORE supports a three-state scoring model: pass, partial, fail.

Award partial credit when:

The agent attempted the behaviour but missed an element
The customer interrupted before completion
The system limitation prevented full execution (e.g. CRM was down)

Do not* award partial credit to soften a clear fail. Auditors look for a consistent grading curve — partial should land between 30–70% of the criterion weight.
