The Save Rate card on your dashboard shows three numbers:

Today — the rolling 24-hour figure
Trend (7d) — direction relative to last week
Goal — your team's target for the period

If you click the card, you get the underlying evaluations, sortable by date, agent, and result. Export to CSV from the actions menu.
