VAT and statutory disclosures

Every QUALICORE invoice issued from a South African tenant carries:

15% VAT itemised separately from the subtotal (SARS requires this on tax invoices over R5 000).
VAT registration number of the supplier (ECONX GROUP).
Company registration number of the supplier.
POPIA registration reference (No. 4 of 2013).
BBBEE level (Level 1 — 135% procurement recognition).

When you onboard a tenant, capture the customer's VAT and registration numbers in Admin → Settings → Company Details. They flow onto every invoice automatically and onto the SARS-ready VAT report exportable from Super-admin → Revenue → VAT Report.
