Your first 30 minutes

Sign in at /login with the credentials your admin shared.
Complete your profile in Settings → Profile.
Pin Toolkit, Knowledge Base and Favorites from the connectivity bar (bottom-right).
Open the Feedback page and tell us anything you'd improve — even on day one.

What to expect this week

Admins typically spend the first week learning the scoring rubric your QA team uses.
Your supervisor will book at least one welcome coaching session.
All actions are audit-logged — that's a good thing, it protects you and your customers.

The Toolkit has small calculators and a POPIA redactor that runs locally in your browser.
