What is Auto-QA (AI QA)?
Auto-QA (or AI QA) uses artificial intelligence to score interactions automatically from a transcript — filling in scorecard values, comments and coaching notes. It dramatically increases coverage: instead of sampling 2–5% of calls, teams can evaluate a much larger share.
The best implementations are human-in-the-loop: the AI drafts a complete evaluation, and a QA analyst reviews and approves it. This combines AI scale with human judgement and accountability.
