How is "active agent" defined?
An active agent is one who has either been evaluated or coached on the platform within the current billing month. Agents on leave, terminated, or never used are not billed.
Are there setup fees?
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, scorecard-migration fees, or training fees on any plan.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. All paid plans are month-to-month. You can cancel any time from your admin dashboard and access ends at the end of the billing period.
Do you support volume discounts?
Yes. Volume discounts apply automatically as your active-agent count grows. Enterprise pricing for 150+ agents is custom.
Can you migrate our existing scorecards?
Yes — we migrate your existing scorecards for free as part of onboarding, including Excel, Google Sheets and any platform export. Most teams are live within 24 hours.
What happens during the free trial?
